My name is Audrey Bartolo , and I’m a professional photographer in Saint-Tropez, born and raised here on this sun-kissed land between the sea and the hills.

My work is about emotion, intuition, and truth. I create portraits that are sensitive, timeless, and quietly powerful.

Deeply connected to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, I specialize in natural, poetic lifestyle photography:

I didn’t just learn to use the light of Saint-Tropez: I grew up within it.

I know its moods, its whispers, its secrets. And it knows me.

I was born here, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, where the sea meets the garrigue and the Provençal soul lingers in every stone wall.

From a very young age, I wandered the narrow streets of the village, watched sunlight shift on terracotta facades, listened to the breeze in the pines, and felt time stretch under the Mediterranean sky.

This is where I learned to see.

To wait.

To feel.

Today, I know every hidden corner of the peninsula, the secret coves, the forgotten trails, the sun-drenched vineyards, the sea paths kissed by morning light. These are the places I bring you to. Not as a guide, but as someone who belongs here.

I’m also deeply attached to the traditions of my village.

On Sundays, you may find me quietly attending Mass at the parish of Saint-Tropez.

And every spring, I am the only photographer who documents La Bravade de Saint-Tropez, a beloved tradition honoring our heritage, offering my images freely to the Tropézien community.

It’s my way of giving back, with heart and humility.

I breathed them. Loved them. And probably photographed them long before I knew how to hold a camera.

Before I became a photographer, I was, like many women, someone searching for balance.

A young mother. A deeply sensitive soul. Someone who feels everything intensely.

And that became my anchor: feeling deeply, and learning how to translate it into images.

After 13 years of photographing people, I’ve learned to do much more than take pictures.

I’ve learned how to make people feel safe, even those who don’t like their reflection.

I’ve learned to read the invisible: a soft gesture, a held-back tear, a quiet moment of love.

I’ve learned how to hold the emotional weight of a wedding, a farewell, a moment entrusted to me like a treasure.

And most of all, I’ve learned that true luxury is not a flawless session.
